My daughter just had her 7th birthday Afternoon Tea PartyΒ on Friday and we made “Tea Hats” using supplies from my shop! The girls had so much fun creating their own hats!

Hands down, one of the easiest birthday parties I’ve hosted!

Here are some photos of our afternoon πŸ™‚

These were the hats I got from the local dollar store ($2 each!). I laid out a bunch of flowers and resins for the girls to choose from. They got to make their design and then I hot glued the pieces to their hats. They wore their hats for the tea πŸ™‚

Finished Hats…

The luncheon…

I made mini sandwiches in shapes of flowers, stars, and hearts. And added little bowls of treats as well.

Dessert Plate – the girls’ favorite part! haha

The top layer is marshmallows dipped in melted chocolate and coated in sprinkles (these went fast!). Then flower shaped sugar cookies, and then mini cupcakes.

These were the goody bags!

I went to a local thrift store and bought 6 Bone China tea cups and saucers. Each girl got to use one for the tea and then I washed them and packed them up with some goodies! They were thrilled that they got to keep their cup and saucer πŸ™‚

Such a fun afternoon!!
